Attorney Wayne Wilson is a founding member and past chairman of the Wisconsin Council of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is a Fellow and past-President of EPICOR (Estate Planning Institute of Collaborative Resources), and an active member of WealthCounsel, LLC, the Illinois/ Wisconsin Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys and the Madison Estate Council. Wayne maintains his professional membership in the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Attorney Wilson is a frequent lecturer to various professional organizations concerning issues of Wealth Strategy counseling, with a special focus on programs designed for the professional advisor. He is the co-author of Generations: Planning Your Legacy (1999) and Your Life, Your Legacy (2003 First and 2005 Second Edition), as well as numerous articles on various estate planning issues.
Attorney Daniel Purtell is an active member of WealthCounsel, the Wisconsin Council of Estate Planning Attorneys (past-President), the Madison Estate Council, the State Bar of Wisconsin (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), and the Dane County Bar Association. He is also committed to his community through involvement in the Optimist Club of Cross Plains (past-President), being an active parish member of St. Francis Xavier Parish, and through his appointment to the Chair of the Personnel Committee for the Village of Cross Plains (2006-2007). Dan is the co-author of Your Life, Your Legacy (2003) and has written numerous published articles on various estate planning topics.
Attorney John Haslam is a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC and the Wisconsin Council of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is a member of the Elder Law Section and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. John was admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1998 and is a 2005 graduate of the Medicaid Practice Systems Program in New York. He co-authored Your Life, Your Legacy – Nursing Homes and Long Term Care (2006). He also provides seminars for clients and community organizations. John's seminars focus on his specialty areas of practice, which include post-death estate and trust administration, estate planning and Medicaid planning.
